To register for any of our classes, workshops, or events please register online, or contact us at PivitingStudio@outlook.com or call 461-6267. We require a deposit when registering to ensure your space otherwise it will go to the next paying customer. We accept most payment types online or by phone. Cash payments may be made in the studio.

*If the class/workshop is cancelled by the studio due to insufficient registration, you will be refunded in full. There will be no refunds or store credits for students who drop out or don’t show up for their class/workshop. Should you have to cancel your enrollment in a class/workshop we require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the start date of said class for a full refund. Any later than 48 hours and 100% of the fee you paid can be used as a credit towards a future class or workshop. Credits are valid for 1 year from date of class/workshop cancellation.
It is your own responsibility to attend your classes and arrive on time. If you miss a class it is not guaranteed that you will be able to make it up. We understand that things happen, so we will do our best to schedule ONE make-up class when necessary but it is not possible in every circumstance. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be permitted into class. There are no make-up classes for Specialty Sewing classes or workshops.
